This website, mrcobbsconnect.co.za, is operated by The Olde English Shaving Shop, trading as Mr Cobbs The Barber ("we", "us", "the shop"), from Shop 278, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa. By using this website, making a booking or placing an order you accept these terms, our Privacy Policy, our Returns & Refunds Policy and our Delivery & Collection Policy.

Appointments are booked for a specific barber, service, date and time. A booking is only confirmed once it has been accepted on this website and you have received a booking reference and confirmation.

You may view, reschedule or cancel your booking at any time using the secure link in your confirmation email. Please give us as much notice as you can so another customer can take the chair. Repeated no-shows may lead to future bookings being declined.

Prices for services are shown on the website and confirmed before you book. Payment for services is taken in the shop unless we tell you otherwise.

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted, and a contract formed, only when we confirm successful payment and send your order confirmation. Payment is processed securely by Yoco; we never see or store your card details.

All prices are shown in South African Rand and include VAT at the prevailing rate. While we try to keep product information, images and stock levels accurate, errors can happen. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

Your rights to cancel and return are set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including the 7-day cooling-off right that applies to online purchases under section 44 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002.

We collect only the details needed to manage your booking or order — your name, mobile number and email address — and handle them as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

You may not misuse this website, attempt to access another customer's bookings or orders, or interfere with the booking or payment systems. Booking-management links are private: keep yours to yourself.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or any other law that cannot be excluded. We are not liable for indirect losses, but nothing here excludes liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

These terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute may be referred to the courts of South Africa or, where applicable, the National Consumer Commission or the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud.
